    We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Customer Operations & Administrative Support Professional to support daily office and operational activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while also assisting with administrative, billing, data, and filing functions. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, takes ownership of their work, and is interested in growing into expanded administrative or leadership responsibilities over time as business needs evolve.

    Pay Range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour - Based on qualifications. Part-time: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday

    Qualifications

    · Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    · Proven data entry or administrative support experience

    · Customer service experience

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools · Ability to work independently, while recognizing when to seek guidance and/or ask questions.

    · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    · Familiarity with Advanced Routing Systems (ARS) strongly preferred

    · Basic accounting knowledge or exposure preferred

    · QuickBooks experience a plus

    Primary Job Duties

    Accurately enter, maintain, and review data within operational systems

    Maintain and update records in the Advanced Routing Systems (ARS) database

    Support daily office and operational workflows

    Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as assigned

    Identify data discrepancies and support corrective actions

    Provide professional customer support via phone and email

    Assist with documentation, reporting, and general administrative support

    Provide support with marketing activities and community events as needed

    Responsibilities may expand over time based on business needs and demonstrated capability
