- Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
- Shift: Fulltime; Salary
- Job Posting Salary: Up to $24/hr , based on qualifications and experience, plus bonus.
- Role: Sunday- Thursday, must be flexible and available to work either shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
The Senior Customer Support Representative role supports Supply Chain Center operations by providing clerical and administrative assistance. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing credit, and communicating with stores to ensure smooth daily operations.
Main responsibilities
Customer Service & Credit Management
- Support inbound phone calls
- Prepare orders in WMS and prepare pertinent reports for loading and production
- Order processing including processing orders from customers and ensuring accurate ordering to the Supply Chain Centers, completing manual store orders, and manage add ons/change request
- Coordinate and disseminate corporate, marketing, and other company information to the stores
- Maintain filing system for invoices, reports, and other customer-related information
- Support school lunch orders
- Maintain credit management for the customer and lead credit review process via SAP/Credit Tracker
- Manage stock out, stock out communication and redelivery
