    As a regular full-time employee, you will work onsite in our Oklahoma City, OK office Monday – Friday with hours sometime between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. Your hourly wage will be based on your skills and level of experience.     You will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, and multiple other supplemental benefit plans. The company offers 70% employer contribution to our medical plan premium for the employee and family coverage. The company also provides 100% employer contribution for dental and vision coverage for the employee. Upon your start date, you will begin accruing two (2) weeks of paid vacation, twelve (12) sick days, and up to two (2) personal days per year.     What you will do:

    As a customer relations associate, you will use your compassionate customer service skills to help patients, families, and clinicians navigate our testing process to find answers for difficult medical conditions. You will be responsible for a variety of duties focused on serving our clients via phone, email, and other correspondence. In addition, you will be an administrative services coordinator who prepares information for medical billing, develops training materials for administrative staff, serves as a resource for policy-related questions, and provides administrative support to our staff.

    Primary essential functions:

    • Provide compassionate customer service to clients via phone, email, and other correspondence.
    • Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle multiple daily duties.
    • Perform and coordinate a variety of customer service, sales, marketing, and administrative initiatives.
    • Contact patients and healthcare providers to follow up on missing information, rejected specimens, and orders where no specimen has been received.
    • Assemble and ship medical supply kits, and other materials as needed. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents for mailing.
    • Compile information and perform accurate data entry of essential information.
    • Coordinate internal requests for support.
    • Interact, communicate, and support other team members in the clinical laboratory, medical relations, operations, billing, and accounting departments.

    About you:

    • Your Education: High School Diploma or GED
    • Your Experience: Strong customer service background in a healthcare setting. Basic knowledge of medical or laboratory billing functions, and a fundamental and practical knowledge of HIPAA.
    • Nice to have: Familiarity with Advanced MD Software and Sage 50
    • You have excellent customer service, and written and oral communication skills.
    • You are an empathetic professional who is dedicated to helping others.
    • You are a very detail-oriented person who can perform accurate and efficient data entry.
    • You are resourceful and have the ability to organize, analyze, and evaluate complex information, enabling you to solve problems efficiently and make informed decisions.
    • You enjoy learning and want growth opportunities.
