RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phone calls and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance requests and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and customer skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation - $40,000 - $80,000 - base salary + commissions + bonuses
