    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Relations Representative to join our team and support our operations department.

    As a Customer Relations Representative at Reliant Recycling, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while supporting the operations team with various tasks. This role is essential to maintaining strong relationships with customers and assistance with operational tasks.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recycling operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability and service excellence. The responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Coordinate with both customers and operations team to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and processing schedules

    · Promote company services and sustainability initiatives to new and existing clients

    · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

    · Assist in Reporting needs for internal use and management review

    · Familiarize with various operations and Client Relations Management (CRM) softwares. i.e. HubSpot, Scrap Dragon.

    · Assist with relevant marketing content through email campaigns, company’s website and social media platforms

    · Assist with promotional events to build client relationships.

    · Assist in Operations with Scale Operator duties as needed.

    · Provide support to departments related to your role with various tasks.

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred (Communications/ Marketing)

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

    · Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) and Inventory Management software

    · Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools

    · Strong communication skills

    · Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, recycling, or industrial environment

    · Basic knowledge of metal types and recycling processes
