    What You'll Do

    • Be the warm, professional first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, or in person
    • Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and follow-through
    • Anticipate customer needs and proactively reach out to support retention and satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records
    • Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer interaction reflects our agency's standard of care
    • Help sustain the welcoming, high-touch environment that defines who we are

    Who You Are

    • You're calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping people — not just solving tickets
    • You notice the small things: a name spelled wrong, a concern left unaddressed, a customer who needs a little extra reassurance
    • You communicate with warmth and professionalism, whether in person or on the phone
    • You're dependable, detail-oriented, and take accountability seriously
    • You have experience in customer service (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)

    Compensation

    Compensation includes a base salary and performance-based commission. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
