    Green-Way Irrigation is seeking a personable, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Relations and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional service experience for our clients. Responsibilities include addressing service issues with customers and technicians, reviewing and finalizing service invoices and estimates, managing inventory for service and installation teams, and supporting Hydrawise controller setup and monitoring. You’ll also handle past-due collections, respond to client satisfaction surveys, and help maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A strong background in irrigation and outdoor lighting is required.
