  • Responsibilities

    SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking a Customer Resolution Representative who will manage the delinquency process for overdue accounts across SecureSpace's portfolio of properties.

    Objective:

    The Customer Resolution Representative will manage the auction process for delinquent accounts across a large portion of our properties from the comfort of their own home. SecureSpace Management is looking for an individual who enjoys a fast pace and diverse workload in a dynamic digital environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Processing auction notices for customers with delinquent accounts.
    • Setting up auctions with Storage Treasures.
    • Collaborating with the onsite managers regarding delinquencies and auctions.
    • Following each delinquent unit through the auction process until a payment is received.
    • Performing independently on a day-to-day basis with a focus on teamwork and

    partnerships with stores from a remote setting.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Other Functions:

    • Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

    Skills and Experience:

    • 2-5 years of customer service experience.
    • Self storage experience preferred.
    • Experience with online storage auctions preferred.
    • Enthusiastic and positive team member, looking to bring out the best in every situation and everyone.
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial, grounded in integrity with strong work ethic.
    • Teachable, seeking out ways to continuously evolve and improve.
    • Team player who leads by example and works at the highest level but who also takes ownership for mistakes and missed opportunities.
    • High school education or equivalent, College degree is a plus.

    Physical Requirements :

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
