Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

This is a full-time Customer Retention Specialist career opportunity with Steve Williams State Farm in Bonita Springs, FL for someone who wants to grow a lasting career in customer service and insurance. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Pay range : $40,000-$50,000 per year
