    Location: Floating Among 5 Locations in Powdersville, Greenville, & Simpsonville, South Carolina
    Job Type: Part-Time

    This Is a SALES Role ****

    We are hiring a Customer Sales Associate who is confident, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings. This position is base pay + commission , with the majority of total compensation coming from commission. If you are not comfortable selling, overcoming objections, and being paid based on performance, this role will not be a fit.

    What You'll Do

    • Actively engage customers and initiate sales conversations
    • Sell monthly car wash memberships and wash packages
    • Confidently explain pricing, features, and benefits
    • Recommend upgrades and memberships based on customer needs
    • Overcome objections and close the sale
    • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
    • Deliver strong customer service without losing focus on sales
    • Accurately process transactions and memberships
    • Maintain a clean, professional sales area

    Who We're Looking For

    • Previous sales experience REQUIRED (retail sales, automotive, wireless, fitness, commission-based roles, etc.)
    • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
    • Strong communication and closing skills
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
    • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional
    • Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced setting
    • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
