We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Sales Associates to join our team in Huntsville, United States. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software and POS systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Sales certifications are a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
