About the Role

This is a people-first sales role—perfect for someone coming from hospitality, customer service, or retail.

You don’t need prior sales or generator experience. We’ll train you on the product and process. What matters most is your ability to:

What You’ll Do

Call leads and set appointments with homeowners and business owners

Follow up consistently and keep conversations moving

Meet customers in-home or on-site for consultations

Ask questions, understand their needs, and recommend the right solution

Explain options in a simple, easy-to-understand way

Help customers feel confident in their decision

Stay organized and manage your pipeline
