About the Role:

Alfa Insurance - Hunt Agency in Pell City, AL is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach

Consult with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

Quote, bind, and process new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and other product lines

Maintain and grow an existing book of business through proactive customer follow-up

Handle inbound customer inquiries, policy changes, and service requests

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Requirements:

Active Alabama Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

Prior experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
