    Job Summary:
    Crystal Clean Car Wash is seeking energetic and motivated Customer Service Sales Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while promoting and selling our wash memberships and additional services. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Excellent Customer Service : Greet customers, answer questions about car wash packages, and assist with the operation of the wash process.
    • Promote Memberships and Services : Explain the benefits of our wash memberships and upsell services like graphene or ceramic applications to protect vehicles.
    • Process Transactions : Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions for car washes, memberships, and additional services.
    • Maintain Cleanliness : Assist in keeping the facility clean and organized, including vacuum areas and customer-facing areas.
    • Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Resolve any issues or concerns that arise and escalate as necessary to the manager on duty.
    • Meet Sales Goals : Actively sell memberships and participate in monthly sales promotions to meet individual and team goals.
    • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer skills for POS transactions.
    • Ability to work weekends is required.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
