Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service / Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with both internal and external customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company.
The ideal candidate is:
Bilingual in Spanish (MUST)
Friendly and professional
Computer savvy
Able to work well under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emails
Use customer service best practices to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly
Attend ongoing trainings to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in an office environment or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Strong active listening skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
