    Customer Service Administrative Coordinator

    We are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers over the phone, ensuring each interaction is positive, professional, and solution-oriented. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in our ERP system to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

We offer a formalized restoration solution for clothing and textiles affected by smoke, odor, soot, mildew and water. Our teams proudly serve as part of the emergency response teams, working with policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors to restore peace of mind after a disaster. In short, we help policy holders get back on their feet, reduce replacement costs, and limit additional living expenses during these difficult times.

    Responsibilities

    Answer and manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and strong phone etiquette.

    Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.

    Accurately enter and maintain customer records in the ERP system and company databases.

    Provide courteous, timely, and accurate service to ensure a positive customer experience.

    Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.

    Support management and team members with administrative tasks and special projects.

    Share customer feedback with leadership to improve processes and service delivery.

    Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews (e.g., Google Reviews).

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in a phone-based customer service or call center role preferred.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

    Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

    Proficiency with ERP systems or similar software.

    Ability to remain professional, courteous, and solution-focused in all customer interactions.

    Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
