Responsibilities: • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions and general client inquiries • Manage underwriting requests from companies and assist clients in handling those requests • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team to increase client satisfaction and service flow • Communicate and work with DIG Agents to ensure clients' policies are in good standing Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • In-person position • License is not required (paid-for licensing offered) • Strong knowledge of handling customer service interactions • Must possess exemplary interpersonal, communication, and timely follow-through skills • Professional in both appearance and attitude • Align with our Core Values Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
