Overview Davis Tire Center is hiring a Customer Advisor to run the front counter and keep the shop moving. You’ll greet customers, quote tires and services, schedule work, and close tickets. This role is customer-facing, fast-paced, and critical to daily success.

What You’ll Do

Answer phones, greet customers, schedule work

Quote tires and services accurately

Create invoices, collect payments, close tickets

Communicate with techs and management

Upsell responsibly and professionally

What We Want

Tire or automotive experience preferred
