Remote Position | Commission Pay Responsibilities: • Work closely with the leader to stay up to date on product and service knowledge. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and effectively handling complaints. • Use scripts to handle difficult customer situations and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary. • Ensure customer account information is always up to date. • Handle incoming customer calls regarding product or service questions, general information, or complaints. • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure a complete and satisfactory experience. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call centers (preferred but not required). • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a high-volume environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and use of call scripts. Compensation: $50,000 - $52,000 yearly
