We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given • Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools • If not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employment Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred • Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent Compensation: $35,000 - $100,000 + commission DOE
