Responsibilities: • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies Qualifications: • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
