We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Atlanta-based team. This role requires a detail-oriented and personable professional to provide outstanding support to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Assist clients with product or service-related questions and concerns
Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently
Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow communication procedures and guidelines to maintain high service standards
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
