Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Document and track customer interactions to ensure proper follow-up.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Support the customer service team with administrative tasks when needed.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
