Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general concerns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support coworkers as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
