    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and courteous manner.

    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general concerns.

    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.

    • Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.

    • Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.

    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

    • Contribute to a positive team environment and support coworkers as needed.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
