    • Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday (Full Time)

    • Pay: Competitive, based on experience

    ๐Ÿ”น Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service

    • Conduct cold calls to potential or existing clients

    • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently

    • Support sales and operations teams with daily administrative tasks

    • Utilize NetSuite to enter and track customer information and orders

    ๐Ÿ”น Requirements:

    • 1+ year of customer service or office experience preferred

    • Experience with NetSuite a plus

    • Excellent communication and phone etiquette

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
