Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Monday โ Friday (Full Time)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
๐น Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
Conduct cold calls to potential or existing clients
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
Support sales and operations teams with daily administrative tasks
Utilize NetSuite to enter and track customer information and orders
๐น Requirements:
1+ year of customer service or office experience preferred
Experience with NetSuite a plus
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
