Responsibilities: • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
