Position Summary
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate who loves connecting with people and creating outstanding client experiences. You’ll guide new clients through our discovery and onboarding process, conduct virtual kitchen consultations, and build long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales or client service background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently with a purpose.
What You’ll Do
Manage the client journey from first inquiry through active service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Conduct discovery calls with potential clients, clearly communicating the value of our personal chef services.
Lead virtual kitchen consultations, helping clients feel confident and prepared for their first service.
Follow up with clients regularly to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Respond to new client inquiries promptly (within 2 hours during scheduled work hours).
Track and manage all leads and client communications using Google Workspace tools and CRM systems.
Support client retention by identifying at-risk clients and partnering with Operations for follow-up.
Request Google Reviews after private dinners and exceptional client feedback, and oversee RafflePress campaigns (once implemented) to enhance engagement.
Partner closely with Operations for seamless handoffs between sales and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or conversion goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management; able to juggle multiple leads with ease
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet) and virtual meeting tools
Preferred:
Experience in hospitality, food service, or client care environments
Coursework or degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Soft Skills:
Empathetic, positive, and client-focused
Calm under pressure and responsive in communication
Dependable and self-motivated; thrives in a collaborative but independent role
Compensation & Benefits
$28–$30/hour
Part-time, 15–20 hours/week (flexible hours, typically 10am–2pm)
Employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for:
Health, Vision, and Dental insurance through Regence Blue Cross
Paid Time Off (PTO): accrues at 0.77 hours per 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours/year
Paid Sick Leave (PSL): accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked, per WA State law

Primarily remote, possible occasional in-person events or meetings
Requires a quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet
Occasional evening or weekend flexibility based on client needs
