About Us: At the Legends of Country Music Museum and Nashville Souvenirs, we celebrate the heart and soul of classic country music while providing visitors with memorable experiences and unique gifts. Located by Opryland Gaylord Hotel and the Grand Ol Opry, we’re a popular destination for tourists and music fans from around the world.

Location: 2613 McGavock Pike, Nashville TN 37214

Store Hours: Every day of the week from 9:00am - 7:00pm

Starting Pay: $14/hour

Overview: We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier. In this role, you’ll be the face of our store, ensuring each customer receives outstanding service while handling transactions efficiently and accurately. In between customers there will be product to price and place on the sales floor. We also expect you to love and share about our museum to each customer to help sell tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and create a positive and welcoming experience for them while also telling them about our museum

Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, and other transactions

Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies

Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked

Assist with restocking shelves and merchandising as needed

Follow all store policies and procedures for safety and customer service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior cashier or customer service experience a plus

Passion for country music and Nashville culture a plus

Need to love talking to people

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods of time
