    No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success.

    Responsibilities

    Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service

    Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

    Promote and recommend products and services based on customer preferences

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

    Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and general support

    Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

    Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions

    Support daily sales activities and contribute to individual and team goals

    Accurately document customer interactions when necessary

    Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

    Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times

    Requirements
