Pacific Coast Trane/Fix Air is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working with both customers and products in a hands-on environment. You'll be the go-to resource for contractors and businesses who rely on us for HVAC parts and equipment, making sure they get the right solutions quickly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact for customers (in person, phone, and email), providing product knowledge, order support, and solutions.
• Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately while ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Answer questions and resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Stay up to date on Trane products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
• Support daily warehouse operations: receiving, shipping, stocking, and maintaining an organized inventory.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) to handle products.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

SKILLS

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or counter sales.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
• Comfortable using ERP and office computer systems for order entry and tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, etc.)
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends occasionally.
