What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care
Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Support Account Managers with order processing and customer follow-ups
Help communicate product features and benefits to new and existing clients
Send out marketing materials, promotions, and program info
Record all activity and opportunities in our CRM
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
Additional Perks:

Exposure to sales strategy, customer relationship management, and B2B operations
Tire industry experience is a bonus—but not required (we’ll train you!)
What We’re Looking For:

Tech savvy: Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree
3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field
