We’re currently seeking a dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused individual to join our team and support our Account Managers with day-to-day operations.

    Position Summary: The Customer Service Associate will support the sales team by entering data into our system and performing basic customer service tasks that contribute to the success of our Account Management Team.

    Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer service calls

    Maintain and update customer information in our database

    Assist Account Managers with order processing and account management

    Communicate product features and program benefits to customers

    Record customer interactions and opportunities in the company CRM

    Send promotional and program materials to clients

    Conduct follow-up calls and provide general support to customers

    Additional Details:

    Light travel may be required

    Knowledge of the tire industry is a plus

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associate’s Degree

    At least 3 years of sales or customer service experience
