Job SummaryServe as the primary liaison for distributors once orders are placed—handling order tracking, status updates, and ensuring seamless fulfillment across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage post-order communications with distributors—via phone, email, or CRM.
Collaborate with logistics, finance, inventory, and operations to resolve issues and meet delivery expectations.
Maintain detailed distributor order records using CRM or order management systems.
Experience: 1-3 years in order management, customer service, or distributor support—preferred
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM/order management systems (SAP a plus)
