Sansom Staffing has partnered with a paper distributor in St. Paul seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Pay $22/hour

Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30

Duties:

• Warm outbound calls to clients and leads
• Answer incoming calls from customers taking orders or answering questions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently by entering orders in the ERP system (AS400)
• Put samples together for clients and trade shows
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• File orders in customer files
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
• Communicate effectively with customers through email

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is required
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English - Spanish helpful
• Proficient in data entry and experience with excel, outlook, adobe and ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking is required
• Someone who holds themselves accountable
