Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Interact face-to-face with homeowners • Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs • Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions • Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions • Represent Semper SolR’s values with integrity, clarity, and confidence Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Strong people skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners in person • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Energetic and professional presentation • Ability to work outdoors and walk designated routes Compensation: $800 - $1,500 per week
