Position Overview: The Customer Service Attendant will provide front-line support to our clients, assisting with policy inquiries, basic administrative tasks, and internal communication. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow in the insurance field.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, greet clients, and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
Maintain and update client records in the system
Support licensed agents with day-to-day operations
Learn and adhere to compliance procedures and insurance guidelines
Work with MS Office programs for communication, reports, and client documents
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (email, MS Word/Excel)
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Must be willing to obtain an insurance license (training support provided)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Prior experience in marketing, administrative work, or insurance
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Holding a current insurance license is a plus
