    Key Responsibilities

    Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a professional and friendly manner

    Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services when beneficial

    Requirements

    Full-time availability

    Previous customer service or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, restaurant, hospitality, events, or call center)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach

    Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

    Comfortable interacting with a variety of customers and addressing different needs

    High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree is a plus)
