    Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers needing product support—whether it’s troubleshooting an issue, guiding a repair, or helping with returns.     What You’ll Do:

    Provide phone support to customers and technicians, walking them through product troubleshooting and repairs.

    Process and manage returned products (RMAs).

    Deliver accurate repair estimates.

    Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions clearly and efficiently.

    Support the service team with additional tasks as needed.

    What You’ll Bring:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Hands-on mechanical knowledge and comfort using tools.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Experience with order or quote processing.

    Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor experience a plus).

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Strong English skills (verbal & written); bilingual Spanish is a plus.
