    We are expanding again and are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in Sales/Customer Relations to join our fast-growing company to serve as a Customer Service and Business Development Representative. An Insurance license is NOT required but will result in higher pay to you. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person with unparalleled career growth! This position allows you to work in a team environment. You will be building upon our existing relationships with current business partners and assisting in the introduction of our company to potential new partners to offer non-insurance related products and services. This position is well compensated and provides you with the opportunity to advance. Additional Commissions and Bonuses are available with a flexible work schedule. We supply you with a database of our current business partners along with warm calling lists to help generate leads of potential business partners. Additional opportunities will also be presented to you through the use of Social Media, postings, flyers, and other means.

    Are you qualified?

    Knowledge of Sales & Marketing

    Ability to communicate in Spanish with our customers as necessary.

    Experience with customer relations

    Experience in sales

    Strong computer skills

    Excellent customer relations and communication skill (Large number of customers speak Spanish)

    Quickly respond to requests

    Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share

    Ability to pass a company background check

    Additional Compensation is available to our Licensed Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance Agents:

    Pay: $37,400 - $56,100 per year
