    Responsibilities

    Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, and general inquiries

    Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person, over the phone, or electronically

    Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions

    Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

    Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    Support daily operations and assist with general administrative or customer-related tasks

    Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience

    Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and team performance goals
