Job Summary
We are seeking someone full time for our Customer Service position. This position is NOT remote.
Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
Enter information from one system to another
Work with multiple websites and programs
Qualifications
Previous experience working in Customer Care
Comfortable using computers and customer management software
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Must have 3-5 years healthcare experience, Cardiology preferred
Good personality
Highly organized
Responsive to all customer requests
