Title: Customer Service/Concessions Team Member

Supervisor: Operations Manager and Food & Beverage Manager

Employee Type: Part-Time (PT) Non-Exempt

Base Pay: $15.50 / Hour

Position Summary

The Customer Service & Concessions Team Member is a combined role responsible for maximizing customer sales, retention, and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service within the facility. This position is critical to the daily operation and guest experience at Cornerstone CFCU Arena.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

· Act as the "face" of the Arena: warmly greet all customers entering the facility or calling.

· Be fully knowledgeable about all Arena programs (leagues, activities, events) to effectively disseminate sales information and encourage renewals/additional participation.

· Handle all registration methods (in-person, mail, email) and accurately enter data into the Management Information System (MIS).

· Process payments, register birthday parties, and manage facility rental bookings.

· Verify and maintain accurate waiver forms and player card documentation for all participants.

Concessions & Facility Operations

· Prepare, cook, and serve food and beverage items, supplementing retail sales as directed during both peak and off-peak hours.

· Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and follow all established internal policies and money-handling procedures.

· Ensure the front desk, entry-way, and concessions area maintain a clean, organized, and professional aesthetic, including proper display of current marketing literature.

· Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and facility regulations.

· Assist with general tasks, including facility room setup/breakdown for special events, and light office duties (copying, mailings) as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum age of 18 years old.

· Extremely professional in appearance, demeanor, and communication.

· Ability to operate a Windows-based workstation and utilize web-based instructional/MIS materials.

· Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is mandatory.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
