Responsibilities
Client Communication: Serving as the main point of scheduling and communications for well drilling customers once contract is signed.
Issue Resolution: Handling schedule changes and customer communications throughout the process.
Coordination: Liaising with Drilling and Service Manager, subcontractors, and field staff for changes and modifications.
Scheduling & Follow-up: Arranging inspections, coordinating trades, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
Documentation: Recording all interactions, service activities, and project details in company systems.
Key Skills & Qualities
Strong Communication: Clear, empathetic, and professional interaction with all parties.
Problem-Solving: Diagnosing issues and offering effective solutions.
Organization: Managing multiple requests, timelines, and documents.
Technical: Must be proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excell, Word, email)
Construction Knowledge: Have construction experience to allow for an understanding of the environment.
Patience & Empathy: Understanding client frustrations and building rapport.
