About Us
Little 6 Industries LLC is a veteran-owned custom printing and design company based in Maricopa, AZ. We specialize in DTF transfers, UV printing, laser engraving, apparel customization, and promotional products. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing team and help manage client communications, design tasks, and day-to-day shop operations.
Responsibilities
Work with design platforms such as Canva, CorelDraw, and Inkscape to assist with creative projects.
Manage and support client accounts for our sister company.
Communicate with customers across multiple channels: Facebook, text, phone, and email.
Prepare invoices and assist with order processing.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting the sales process.
Help with shop tasks such as preparing orders, organizing materials, machine maintenance, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business operations.
Qualifications
Familiarity with design software (Canva, CorelDraw, Inkscape).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Customer service experience preferred.
Basic organizational and administrative skills (invoicing, scheduling, order tracking).
Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new tasks.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
