    Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, communicates clearly, and enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

    In this role, you’ll handle customer communications primarily via phone, text, and email, with minimal face-to-face interaction. You’ll be an important part of ensuring that our customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service at every touchpoint.

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email

    Provide clear, accurate information and resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy

    Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed

    Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

    Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products, services, and policies

    Recognize and escalate high-priority issues appropriately

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or account support preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong typing skills and attention to accuracy in documentation

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

    Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help people
