Primary Responsibilities:

Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members

Assist with class scheduling and billing

Face to face

Phone

Emails

Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships

General upkeep of the facility

Disinfecting common areas

Routine basic cleaning

Making sure all facility supplies are stocked

Job Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work with customers

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High energy

Strong work ethic

Self starter

Work under limited supervision

Must be 18 or older

Previous customer service experience required

Must be willing and able to complete in water swimming lesson training

Must pass background examinations prior to training

Thursday morning, evenings, and weekends
