    Responsibilities:

    Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

    Manage front desk operations, including checking in members and processing memberships.

    Provide information about gym facilities, services, and promotions to enhance member experience.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

    Assist with member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

    Promote a positive and welcoming environment to encourage member retention.

    Handle cash and transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.

    Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.

    Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems.

    Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
