We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our Total Wireless team. This role is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. If you're competitive, reliable, and enjoy talking to people, this is a great opportunity to grow in retail sales.
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Sell Total Wireless products and services including phones, plans, accessories, tablets, and internet
Perform account services such as activations, upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting
Educate customers on promotions, features, and plan options
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Promote accessories and add-ons with every transaction
Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and inventory accuracy
Follow company policies, procedures, and sales processes
Participate in training, meetings, and sales calls as required
Sales experience preferred (wireless or retail a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with technology and point-of-sale systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
