Responsibilities: • Greet walk-in client, identify and assist with needs and/or orders • Answers phone calls, identifies client’s needs, provides solutions to assist with questions, and/or orders needed • Manages walk-in traffic, incoming calls, emails, and fax communications, and takes appropriate actions • Initiates contact with prospective clients • Collects accurate and complete information • Processes and inputs orders • Prepares estimates and quotes, and solicits bids from vendors where necessary • Serves as a primary contact for clients and a liaison between sales, production, installers, and clients • Oversees and creates opportunities for in-house phone and front counter sales • Performs quality checks on outgoing jobs, using an eye for detail, care for quality approach • Places phone calls and/or emails to follow up on estimates • Updates client records and purchasing history, maintains records with accurate and updated information • Understand products, services, and procedures within the organization • Market products, solutions, and services to previous, current, and prospective clients • Conducts collection calls for receivables • Maintains communication logs and other pertinent records • Ensures proper cleanliness and “tour-ready” environment at front counter, conference/meeting rooms, and showroom areas • Builds professional relationships with a diverse client/prospect base • Conducts quality control of jobs before they go out the door • Packages printed jobs for shipping and produces shipping labels • Assists with scheduling, priority changes in a fast-paced environment • Assists with other projects as needed Qualifications: • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process • Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least one year of experience as sales or customer service representative Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
