SealMaster is hiring a motivated Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This is not a desk-only customer service job. You will work directly with contractors, business owners, and pavement maintenance professionals who rely on SealMaster for sealer, tools, equipment, materials, and technical support.
The right candidate is friendly, confident, organized, computer savvy, and comfortable in a hands-on industrial environment. You should enjoy helping customers, solving problems, learning products, and taking ownership of the customer experience.
This role includes customer-facing sales, order processing, product support, loading assistance, sealer pumping, and general store, warehouse, and yard support. You should be comfortable around pavement sealer, hoses, tanks, forklifts, equipment, and industrial materials. You may get dirty from time to time while helping customers and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional, helpful manner
Build relationships with contractors and repeat customers
Identify customer needs and recommend products, tools, equipment, and solutions
Process orders, sales transactions, and customer information accurately
Provide basic product guidance and technical support after training
Assist with sealer, tools, equipment, materials, loading, hose handling, and pumping
Safely move, organize, and maintain products in the store, warehouse, and yard
Maintain inventory, displays, equipment, and service areas
Keep customer areas clean, organized, safe, and welcoming
Document customer interactions and update customer information
Communicate clearly with internal team members
Stay calm and solutions-focused with stressed or frustrated customers
Participate in training to build product knowledge and sales skills
Help improve systems, procedures, and the customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Customer service, inside sales, retail, counter sales, warehouse, contractor-supply, or similar experience preferred
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Ability to listen, ask good questions, and understand customer needs
Comfort using computers, point-of-sale systems, and customer management software
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Confidence working around industrial products, equipment, and materials
Willingness to get hands-on and help in the store, warehouse, or yard
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure
Forklift experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
Must be comfortable in a hands-on industrial environment
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds as needed
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
Must be willing to assist with loading, pumping, inventory, and yard support
Must be willing to get dirty from time to time
Must follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area
