    The 90-Day Launch Pad

    We believe in promoting from within. Your first 90 days will focus on mastering the operational "Engine Room" of the agency. After a successful 90-day performance review, you will have the opportunity to:

    Level Up: Obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (sponsored by the agency).

    Key Responsibilities

    Work the Workflow: Actively resolve voicemails, emails, and messages by delegating or creating "To-Dos" for the team.

    The Morning Sprint: Own the 8:00 AM report sequence (Cancellations, Renewals, and Terminations) to keep the agency ahead of the curve.

    Air Traffic Control: Use EAgent to route complex service and sales requests to the appropriate licensed team member.

    High-Activity Outreach: Manage heavy inbound and outbound call volume with a warm, cheerful, and professional attitude.

    Client Care: Handle non-licensed service requests like ID cards, billing questions, and celebrating client milestones.
